According to a recent J.D. Power research, the Tesla Supercharger network continues to be the top in terms of customer satisfaction. It was the first extensive DC fast-charging network in the United States. The Supercharger network was the only DC fast-charging network to surpass the industry average of 774 points, scoring 739 out of a potential 1,000 points. With a score of 680, Tesla Destination also won for Level 2 charging. Volta (667) and ChargePoint came in second and third, respectively (639). According to J.D. Power, overall customer happiness with public Level 2 charging decreased from 643 in 2021 to 633 in 2022, while satisfaction with DC fast charging was almost the same.
